Our General Terms of Sale for abroad are identical to those appearing in the column „AGB/Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen” for sale in Germany and EU.The particular conditions of sale for abroad are as follows:

1. Freight:
Postage and packing are payable by the customer, according to the fares of “Deutsche Post”(General German Mail) or an other carrier, may be more favourable.

2. Conditions of payment:

Orders from abroad we kindly ask for payment in advance.
The settlement of order is carried out after the confirmation oft the order, which is sent to you after receiving your order form.
The goods are sent once we have received your payment, within 2 to 3 weeks.
The payment can carried out by international bank transfer.

Payments also can processed by PayPal systems for Credit Cards.

3. Delivery

Delivery will be occur within 1 (International Bank Transfer)to 3 weeks(Payment by cheque) after receipt of your payment. If  there is any delivery delay, especially in case you have ordered a music box with dertermind arrangement of tunes, we will send you an e-mail with theprbable delivery time.(Delivery for special orders needs sometimes 4 to 6 weeks) 

4. Reservation of Title

We reserve the ownership of delivered goods until comlpete payment of all as well as from business  relations arising debts, even if payment of certain named goods takes place.

5. Applicable Law

The aggreement shall be governed by German Law, without recourse to the UN Convention of Contracts for International Sales of Goods. The Court in D-Hannover/Burgwedel will have jurisdiction, as legally admissible.
